hereby certify that I have read, understand and am committing to the terms of this Enrollment Agreement in its
entirety. I further acknowledge that this written agreement is the final agreement relating to my enrollment, and
replaces any verbal or other communication that may have been made contrary to what is contained in this Agreement.

1. Fees - Course fees are as posted,
2. Cancellation, Return Refund Policy
and Extensions - the policy is as
published on the website [http://www.votectraining.com] and that full disclosure and acceptance is incorporated
into this enrollment agreement by reference.
3. Time to Complete - You have 1
month to complete an individual module, and one year to finish the course. If you are unable to complete, you may
request an extension at no charge.
4. Financing/Payment Plans - Our no fee, no interest, payment plan requires that monthly
payments be made after the initial payment of 20 percent of the course tuition. The total course tuition includes
all course materials and web access. There are no hidden charges! Your course materials, and web logon instructions
(ID and Password) will be sent to you upon receipt of your enrollment agreement and first payment. We accept credit
cards , personal checks, and money orders. No final examination or Certificate of Completion will be given until
course is fully paid for.
5. Placement - You are aware that enrollment in our programs provides
no guaranty of employment, nor is any kind of warranty intended, extended or implied. We do provide placement assistance.

a. The Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy is the same whether you are financing or paying
in full (that policy is incorporated herein by reference).
b. Students enrolling in any post secondary school must have a high school diploma, or a
GED certificate, or are over the age of 18. By signing this enrollment agreement, you are acknowledging that you
are in compliance with that requirement.
c. Credit card disputes not in compliance with the Refund Policy will result in a monetary
penalty.
